Where to tambay around Quezon City : café edition introducing COFFEE PROJECT
In this blog series, we want to introduce to you the COFFEE PROJECT, since it’s the very first coffee shop we’ve celebrated our momma’s 48th Birthday Hi mama! Sorry for indicating your age but I can guarantee you they don’t know you yet haha! And as far as what we’ve experienced from other coffee shops or cafe so why not coconut?
What to expect in this blog?
Based solely from our own judgements, here’s the list of what to expect.
1. Tambayer’s comfort
a. Ambiance – how your eyes and ears feasts the overall design and choice of music
b. Accommodation – how can you freely express your personal space.
2. Food rating
a. Food uniqueness
b. Food yumminess
What we’ve missed and promised to take down after we came back
1. Pricing of the food
2. Some more photos
Limitations about this blog, as of now we’re only half way of trying all the café’s around the city, so please don’t forget your experiences too.
Without further ado let’s jump right in shall we?
Tambayer’s Comfort
so here’s a photo taken by my girlfriend Steph (Bantot) hahaha, just ignore me if you can’t bear to stare, so please don’t be subjective here.
when you look closely you’ll see me.. kidding, but what can you say more about the ambiance of the photo, from my perspective I’ll give you what I see inside as a customer of coffee project.
The ambiance
i. Most of the wall were painted black, and most of the light source were tungsten in luminance and most of it are bulbs and spot lights, which gave me the feeling of takip-silim if you know what I mean it could provoke being antok in a positive way, rather being more relaxed while conversing with barkada’s or while contemplating your existence when you’re an introvert.
ii. It is air conditioned literally speaking it was very cool while tambaying or studying
.
iii. Aesthetic-ness of the of the café interior – it is indeed Instagram-able or IG worthy that is what we can say, it is modernized chick styled design interior based from an event designer Ms. Sarilaya from Reimagined, as for her and looking at the photo, it was floral inspired décor installed on the ceiling and walls of the café integrated with wood, splines and glass, aesthetically arranged with painted typography
Accommodation
i. Having a cozy soft sofa for 5-6 pax were plenty enough to accommodate you, but make sure you contacted and make the reservations first if you plan to go there. Unlike other café’s COFFEE PROJECT offers more luxurious or classy table and chairs than unique cubicles when you tambay but it surely has proper or spacious gaps between group of customers.
Food Rating
Food Uniqueness
i. I don’t know really yet but their food display resembles starbucks, there are cookies, cakes, and unsure with donuts, Tea, and im sure with coffee haha!
Food yumminess
desserts especially the slice of cakes partner with tea are the best!
*sorry by the moment we went, dessert are only what we’re planning to bought, so I think we can’t fully rely on food rating much here. But I’ll tell you COFFE PROJECT’s desserts are way-way more delicious than any other café’s.
Overall I can rate them above average where ambiance and mouth-watering food comes together.
To quantify what I’m saying its 9 over 10! It’s pretty high right, you too can have that experience. I highly recommends it.
